To investigate deacidification effect of sea buckthorn juice by anion exchange resins.The results showed that titratable acid of sea buckthorn juice reduce and color value and transmittance increase by D941 anion exchange resins.D941 anion exchange resins have weak adsorption capacity for ascorbic acid,superficial adsorption capacity for titratable acid reach 2.70 mg/100 mL,adsorption equilibrium time is 3 h,optimum work flow is 4 BV/h,NaOH regenerant suitable concentration is 0.2% and regeneration cycle is 4 times.D941 anion exchange resins can be used for deacidification of sea buckthorn juice.
