卵巢癌和宫颈癌是女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤之中最常见的,其中卵巢恶性肿瘤的发病率处在第三位,第一位为子宫颈癌,第二位为子宫体癌,卵巢癌对妇女的生命健康造成极其严重的威胁.有大量的研究数据证明,肿瘤标志物的早期发现与卵巢癌的预后有重要的关系,本文就卵巢癌的肿瘤标志物进行综述.
目的研究CSRP1(cysteine and glycine rich protein 1)蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达情况,并探究其临床意义。方法 CSRP1蛋白的差异表达情况应用色谱及质谱联用技术分析筛选,初筛实验的准确性验证选用免疫印迹试验。结果分析质谱鉴定相关结果显示,CSRP1蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达明显低于其在正常组织中的表达,免疫印迹试验结果与质谱分析结果吻合,确保了其准确性。结论 CSRP1蛋白在大肠癌组织中下调表达,其表达情况与肿瘤的发展、调节有密切的关系。
目的 确定老年人群网织红细胞常见参数的参考区间,为贫血等相关疾病的临床诊断提供依据.方法 收集2018年3月-2018年5月吉林大学中日联谊医院体检中心60-90周岁正常老年体检者静脉血492例,应用Sys-mex XN-A1全自动血液分析仪检测网织红细胞相关参数,并确定参考区间.结果 在本组样本的各项参数中,除MFR男性组近似呈正态分布外,其他均为偏态分布,并且离散程度比较大.60岁以上老年人群RET%参考区间男性为0.10%-2.94%,女性为0.95%-2.81%;RET#(*109)参考区间为41.3-128;LFR参考区间为82.43%-96.17%;MFR参考区间为3.53%-13.00%;HFR参考区间为0.10%-4.97%;IRF参考区间为3.83%-17.57%;RET-He参考区间男性为28.76pg-35.17pg,女性为27.91pg-33.5pg.七组数据中,RET%和RET-He男女组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余均无统计学意义.结论 老年人群的网织红细胞参数参考区间与厂家推荐参考区间相比差异较大,参数具有明显的地区差异性和年龄差异性,有必要建立群体化参考区间.
For single fault diagnosis strategy is easy to fail when applied to multiple fault system, a discrete differential evolution algorithm (DDE) based on a hybrid strategy is proposed firstly in order to generate the minimal hitting set. Redefine the meaning of the individuals of population ; Hybrid differential strategies and random changes in the scaling factor are introduced, thus the contradictory of global optimization and convergence rate is further balanced. By the addition of two selections, timeliness of algorithm and diversity of populations are improved. Through a example discrete particle swarm algorithm (BPSO) is compared to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
The number of the sources and its parameters estimation are very important research fields in array signal processing.In order to decrease the computational complexity of 2-D ESPRIT,a method for cross array source parameter and its numbers estimation is proposed based on MSWF forward decomposition characteristic.The presented method does not require the formation of the covariance matrix and its eigendecomposition or singular value decomposition,and it can estimate azimuths,elevations and the numbers of the source at the same time,thereby having the advantage in precision and computational complexity. Some simulation examples show the validity of this algorithm.
In order to estimate the range and azimuth of near-field sources and decrease computational complexity of the algorithm,a Root-Music method and its associational parameters pairing program are proposed based on fourth-order cumulant.The presented method does not need spectral peak searching;the sources parameters can be obtained directly and has the advantage of low computation cost.Some simulation examples indicated that the azimuth angle and the range can be resolved when SNR(Signal Noise Rate) is zero and MSE(Mean Square Error) is downtrend when SNR change from-5 dB to 15 dB.
