以一台厚壁管废热锅炉为例,介绍了热端管板凸台加工、换热管与管板组焊、设备热处理等关键制造工序.
加氢反应器凸台堆焊完成并机加工后,通过模拟试板堆焊试验,分别在堆焊完成、机加工和模拟焊后热处理后进行了铁素体检测,结果发现:堆焊后堆焊层的铁素体含量在6.3%~7.8%之间;机加工后其含量明显升高,在8.7%~12.3%之间;经模拟焊后热处理后,其含量明显降低,在4.5%~5.5%之间.通过分析可知,机加工后铁素体含量明显升高是由于机加工引起的,堆焊后和模拟焊后热处理后的铁素体检测结果均符合技术条件要求.同时在设备整体焊后热处理后,再次对设备所有凸台堆焊层铁素体含量进行了测定,结果显示含量在3%~8%之间.由此可判定,机加工引起的凸台堆焊层铁素体含量超标可经过最终热处理降低至合格值,可以保证凸台堆焊质量.
Plasma arc welding has powerful penetrative ability.It is able to penetrate a thicker plate with I grooved in single bead.Therefore,the plasma arc welding is regarded as a high quality and effective meth-od in the manufacturing of high-alloy steel or non-ferrous alloy material pressure vessels.It has been wide-ly used in the industry.Longitudinal girth welding of stainless steel,nickel base alloy,titanium,zirconium and other metal equipments were token as examples.From the groove processing,group of quality control and welding parameters,the application of plasma arc welding technology was introduced,and satisfactory results were obtained in multiple product manufacturing.
Zirconium have high corrosion resistant,but for its low toughness,head forming is difficult,and cracking is often occurred.A high temperature forming way is usually used for forming zirconium head to prevent cracking in china now.There were some papers introducing it before,but is simple.A more complete discussing will be introduced in this paper by original results of test,relate analysis and zirconium head forming.

This article is focus on the corrosion resistance of the formation component after solution annealed can not meet the requirement of technical file.The analysis on the above condition and the investigation on the simulative trial had been carried out.To recover the corrosion resistance of Alloy C-276,a serial of experimentations had been carried out to research the second heat treatment technics.The technical measure had been obtained to improve the corrosion resistance of previous solution treatment by secondly solution treatment.The guidance to manufacture can be obtained from this article.
For solving the problem that the corrosion rate of the weld is higher than the base metal in a absorb tower, some specimens using different welding materials were prepared. Comparing them by testing in the laboratory and tower, the best welding material and the thickness of covering weld were obtained.
