加强艺术高职院校校园廉政文化建设对于促进高等艺术教育发展、培养合格艺术人才具有重要的现实意义.推进艺术高职院校廉政文化建设要准确把握廉政文化建设的科学内涵和重要意义,结合学院特色,以培育廉洁意识为根本,创新廉政文化建设载体,增强廉政文化建设的针对性和实效性,全面推动校园廉政文化建设.

At present ,education in art vocational colleges in our country is highly developed .Art education has a long history ,distinctive features and remarkable achievements .However ,ideological and political education is relatively weak ,so strengthening staff’s ideological and political education is especially important .Based on the research on representative art vocational colleges selected respectively from east ,middle and west in China ,the paper teases out the existing objective problems and analyzes the main causes of these problems .The paper also gives systematic suggestions from the point of system construction ,which has a guiding significance on strengthening staff ’s ideological and political education and improving efficiency of ideological and political education .

在当前社会发展日益多元化,大学生出现政治信仰危机、理想信念模糊、社会责任感缺乏、爱国主义精神淡漠、道德观价值观扭曲、心理素质欠佳等情况下,用中国传统文化的精华部分对当代大学生进行思想教育,是大学生思想教育领域值得关注的课题。

新形势下,随着艺术高职院校的发展,辅导员工作面临着严峻的挑战,对这支队伍的人才素质提出了更高的要求。艺术高职院校辅导员的人才素质直接决定着思想政治教育的成效,其应具备的人才素质主要有:身体素质、思想政治素质、知识素质、能力素质、心理素质。

随着经济社会的发展,我国的教育事业特别是高等艺术职业教育也进入了高速发展期。艺术高职院校的蓬勃发展,也为艺术类高职院校大学生的思想政治教育带来了新的挑战。本文对当前艺术高职院校大学生的基本情况、学习和生活、思想道德修养、思想政治理论课和艺术实践活动等方面的认识和评价进行了问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析,希望能为艺术高职院校大学生思想政治教育提供借鉴。
