6RA80系统及天津电气科学研究院有限公司ZX系列产品在无缝钢管热连轧生产线上的应用,通过对某生产线连轧工艺等的描述,介绍了其特点和应用.并针对生产线最具特色的多传动主从控制芯棒限动机组,结合对比上一代6RA70控制系统,对最新一代控制系统6RA80的调试与逻辑保护进行详细的阐述.
为提高拉拔机生产精度和自动化水平,设计了基于Profibus-DP现场总线的控制系统.该系统采用西门子公司S7-300系列PLC为主站,IM153模块和MM440变频器为从站.根据拉拔机系统生产工艺要求,设置了Profibus-DP的通信协议及变频器的相关参数,并利用编程软件STEP7与组态软件MCGS设计了PLC程序和上位机界面,实现了触摸屏与PLC之间的信息实时交互.Profibus-DP现场总线能将拉拔机系统中分散的设备进行集中管理,减少了线缆布置,网络通信稳定,速度快,很大程度上提高了拉拔机的生产效率和信息化程度.
The utility and control model of the two-stand temper mill including control scheme and hardware configuration of the automation control system were introduced.The whole system adopted one-mill one-temper mill or single temper mill method.The control scheme of automatic system and instrument configuration stcheme were given. It also had a discussion about basis of elongation setting in normal conditions.The system had direct tension close loop control,indirect tension close loop control,feed-forward AGC and feed-backward AGC control schemes etc. The foundtions of elangation rate setting usually were given.The final production can fully meet the requirement of finished-production.
Simulink which is one of the toolboxes of Matlab was used to do corresponding simulation,which is based on the analysis and statement of SIMOREG DC-Master 6RA70 in principle.An actual flying shears DC speed control system was conbined to the simulation of SIMOREG DC-Master 6RA70,and the simulation was carried on in two aspects,which are mathematical model and circuit model,meanwhile a quantitative and precise analysis of the performance characteristics of this device was also be made.Besides,using the PI parameters of current loop and speed loop which is calculated by the mathematical model to make sure debugging member do better debugging.
