近年来,国网甘肃省电力公司(以下简称"国网甘肃电力")认真贯彻落实国家档案局和国家电网公司档案工作部署,坚持把"业档融合"和"合规建档"等要求作为重要抓手,采取多项重要措施推进电网建设项目档案工作数字化转型,提高电网建设项目质量,取得了显著成效.2023年1月,国网甘肃电力承担的"工程矢量馆大数据创新平台"(以下简称"矢量馆平台")获得国家档案局2022年度档案优秀科技成果二等奖.该课题在工程档案全链条管理、矢量化技术应用、国产OFD替代和推进电网建设项目档案"单套制"等方面,具有较强的推广价值.

工程图纸档案是指从工程项目提出、立项、审批、勘察设计、生产准备、施工、监理、验收等工程建设及工程管理过程中形成并应归档保存的图纸载体材料.工程图纸档案包括了设计参考图纸材料、设计半成品图纸、设计变更记录和最终成品图纸,具有复用价值高、参考性强、数量较大、经济效益高等特点.国网甘肃省电力公司(以下简称“国网甘肃电力”)高度重视电网建设项目档案管理工作,创新利用二维码技术,实现了工程图纸档案的全过程管理,取得了较好效果.

国网甘肃省电力公司(以下简称“国网甘肃电力”)高度重视电网建设项目档案管理工作,利用大数据、区块链、矢量图、二维码等技术手段,实现了工程图纸档案的矢量化管理,取得了较好效果. 存在问题 随着国网甘肃电力电网工程建设项目的不断增加,工程档案数量增长较快,其中工程图纸档案保存了纸质图纸和扫描形成的PDF文件,存在数字化费用较高、利用不便、追溯困难等难题,迫切需要利用信息化手段进行提升完善.具体问题如下: 1.图纸数字化费用高 由于电网建设项目中用到较多图纸,相关图纸均由相关设计院产生,该部分图纸一般为A0幅面,扫描费用较高.据初步统计,一座35KV的变电站约产生各类图纸500张左右,相关数字化费用约为8000元左右,国网甘肃电力所属各单位每年在工程图纸数字化方面投入约为50万元,费用较高.

With economic development,more and more inter-organization,cross-regional and inter-network office business occurred makes the management difficult.The development and innovation of cooperative office application system will help to improve office efficiency.Gansu Electric Power Company develops a cooperative office application system with J2EE+Domino+Oracle architecture.The core function of the system is knowledge management.RTX system and autonomy search engine are integrated.Functions of message alerts,real-time communication and careful search are realized.A big breakthrough is made in developing key technologies.The system is technically innovative and compatible,and integrates information processing,business process and knowledge management together.The application of the new system can reduce operation and maintenance work,and realize efficient cooperative operation and management.The net gain of the whole province after applying this system reaches 24,045,400 RMB.The economic benefit is enormous.
