This article elaborated the significance of the black start plan research, then it analyzed the formation of Jiangxi power grid black start plan based on the Jiangxi power grid present situation. In addition it also proposed the problem in the black start plan implementation process to which should pay more attention .

Taking Jiangxi An Yuan 500 kV substation for example,startup experiment,protection experiment of charging checking phase and switch capacity of low voltage reactor and capacitor were analyzed.Also,experimental methods,attention notice and principles were expatiated.Furthermore,measures should be taken in startup experiment of 500 kV system was put forward.

In the paper,the selection of the regional projection belt is discussed and some problems including length ratio and conversion between the belts etc.are especially elaborated.What's more,in the light of features of Dalian's geographical position,the problems occurred in selecting regional projection belt in Dalian are analyzed as well in the paper.

The study has been done on two issues through analyzing the peak modulation of Jiangxi electric power network: the stabilization computation of peak modulation capacity and the replacement of coal-burned power supply by water-pumped power storage.This study demonstrates the necessity of building Jiangxi Hongpin water-pumped power storage power plant from the aspects of economy,optimizing the power source structure and protecting the stable and safe function of power network.
