完成了一套基于VC++6.0的CAD图形数据转化为机床控制代码的接口软件设计,实现了平面加工机床按照指定CAD图形完成加工切割,并且通过进一步的速度和刀具补偿优化调试,达到了理想的效率及精度,使CAD图形直接加工算法在加工系统中得到实际应用.

To detect position information in servo system,taking resolver as position sensor,this paper designed position detecting circuit based on chip AU6802N1 and on that foundation proposed a direct decoding method only using TMS320F28035.This method includes sine peak value sampling,CLA floating-point number calculation and error correction.The test results show that this method is comparable to AU6802N1 both in speed and accuracy and can be used in practice to save system cost.
