According to the problems that course content of biotechnology are very behind of times,and the trends and application of modern plant biotechnology are separated,course content ignores the theoretical knowledge but emphasizes on experimental operation process,the lack of content of modern biotechnology and so on.In order to construct the curriculum theory integrity,systematicness of theory and technology,progressiveness and practicability of application technology,course system and content were revised and reconstructed,besides the teaching practice was carried out according to the new system.Practice has proved that the curriculum reform has achieved good results.

在毕业生人数不断增加的就业形势下,高等院校为使毕业生充分就业,必须积极探索提高就业率的方法。在相同的社会需求下,如何使高校自身培养的学生能够占领更大的市场份额,受到社会的认可,是高等院校破解新时期大学生就业难题的关键。建立新的学生培养机制和就业指导工作机制是解决毕业生就业难的一个重要因素。
