In view of the massive and differentiated computing units and terminal devices in the cloud environment and the Internet of things, the differences in hardware resources and computing capabilities posed new challenges to high reliability and high performance data communication, a data communication mechanism supporting differentiation and negotiation was proposed.A parameters negotiation method was proposed, and parameters were negotiated by the sender according to the difference of the receiver capability to achieve differentiated and negotiable data communication.A retransmission feedback mechanism was designed, and the transmission rate was dynamically adjusted and the data was retransmitted based on the data reception feedback of the receiver by the sender to improve communication efficiency and reliability.The experimental results show that the proposed mechanism can perform dynamic adaptive, efficient and parallel communication according to the difference of the receiver capability.
An end-to-end intelligent operation and maintenance management system of cloud resource pool was studied,and a technical framework of intelligent obstacle detection module was proposed.The basic method of realizing end-to-end alarm association of cloud resource pool was analyzed.The realization of anomaly detection analysis method of single KPI and fault propagation chain analysis method of multi-KPI in cloud resource pool were expounded.The relationship between physical host alarm and virtual host alarm,IP SAN storage alarm and virtual object storage alarm,host device alarm and network alarm were introduced emphatically,which provide a reference for improving the end-to-end intelligent operation and maintenance capability of cloud resource pool.

Location services based on mobile signaling data analysis and base station positioning services are two different user location services.One is the real-time positioning service;the other is the location service based on historical signaling data analysis,and they all have their own advantages and disadvantages.Some technical solutions that combined the base station real-time positioning with the open capability of mobile signaling data analysis based on historical trajectory and regional population statistics were presented,and the implementation of these methods were described in detail.A new idea for telecom operators to open and optimize their location capability based on network signaling was provided.

在目前运营商运营的呼叫中心系统中,呼叫转出计费大多采用由大网生成话单的方式来实现。随着呼叫中心业务的日益复杂,该方式的不合理性愈发明显,由呼叫中心自己生成转出话单的需求也越来越迫切。本文在分析了呼叫中心生成呼叫转出话单需求的基础上,以中国电信NGCC架构为例,阐述了呼叫中心实现该话单计费功能的困难,提出了三种基于NGN的呼叫中心呼叫转出计费的解决方案,并对三种方案做了横向比较和实现建议。
