以三明市1:2000数字正射影像图(DOM) 数据制作为例, 介绍了全数字摄影测量技术制作DOM的工作流程及技术路线,并对DOM制作中的关键技术进行优化和改进,不仅保证了成果的质量,还极大的提高了工作效率,对传统DOM制作提供参考价值.
本文结合国土资源“一张图”核心数据库的建设要求,分析了三明市国土资源“一张图”的数据模型,构建了国土资源数据中心.采用“框架+插件”的设计模式,设计和开发了电子政务基础平台,并依托电子政务基础平台的基础框架和功能插件以及数据中心的数据服务,搭建了三明市国土资源综合管理平台,实现了国土资源的一体化、集成化管理.

Spatial Clustering is great affected by special entities.Most algorithms ignore the fact that spatial entities exist in the real world and could affect the result of clustering dramatically.In this paper, we explore the problem of clustering in the presence of spatial entities, and we provide an algorithm called CDC to solve it, which take into account both spatial entities constraint and spatial adjacent relationship.
