Objective To study the biology characteristic and molecular biology characteristic and the relations with in- fection of Nocardia cyriacigeorgica.Methods The gram-positive,slow-growing silk-form bacillus was obtained from the cultured specimen collected by lung puncture in CT,and the morphological,culture characteristics,cell-wall chemical composition and 16s RNA gene sequence were analyzed.Results The microorganism was identified as N.cyriacigeor- gica by the morphological,culture characteristics,cell-wall chemical composition analysis and 16sRNA gene sequencing. The sequenced gene fragment(1 429 bp)of the isolated strain was identical(100%)to the normal strain of N.cyriaci- georgica.Only two biochemical differences were founded between the isolated strain and normal strain.Conclusion The biological characteristics of Nocardia cyriacigeorgica was determined.
副球菌属为革兰阴性非发酵型细菌,存在于海洋等外环境,共有15种,绝大多数的种与人的疾病无关[1].笔者从临床细菌检验中分离到1株伊氏副球菌,现报告如下.
<正> 患者男,70岁,农民。2004年4月因咳嗽咳痰伴发热2个月入院。既往有高血压、脑血栓病史。吸烟史50年,每天2包。2周前感冒咳嗽,痰黄黏,偶带血丝,发热最高达38.2℃,气短,活动时胸部不适。体格检查:口唇轻度紫绀,咽部充血,双肺叩诊清音,双肺呼吸音低,可闻及湿啰音。心界无扩大,心率80次/min,心律不齐。实验室检查:血常规:红细胞3.62×10~(12)/L,白细胞11.1×10~9/L,中性粒细胞0.878,淋巴细胞0.093,单核细胞0.004,嗜酸性粒细胞0.002,血小板2.1×10~6/L。胞质型抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(cANCA)阳性,靶抗原蛋白酶3(PR3)3次结果分别为68.3、83、61.8 RU/ml(正常值<20 RU/ml);核周型靶抗原
