清洁灌肠是妇科部分手术重要的术前准备之一,特别是先天性无阴道、会阴直肠瘘患者的肠道清洁更为重要.传统的灌肠法就是采用大量不保留灌肠法,即需进行反复多次的大量溶液灌肠.

Objective To investigate the common causes and prevention strategies of low tolerance in old patients with uraemia during hemodialysis.Methods The incidence of hypotension during dialysis was observed and compared between the old people group and the young people group.Results Hypotension of the old patients during hemodialysis was closely related to ultrafiltration volume and having meal during dialysis.For the former reason,672 out of 1542(43.5%) had hypotension,while for the latter reason 186 out of 1542(27.68%) had it.Conclusion The incidence of hypotension in old patients during hemodialysis is significantly decreased by reducing ultrafiltration volume,guiding rational diet,and keeping optimistic,etc.

1资料与方法 1.1临床资料本组10例中男8例,女2例,平均35岁.透析前10例均呈尿毒症症状,BUN平均为20mmol/L,肌酐平均为900μmol/L,HB平均为60g/L,HCT＜30%,合并高血压1例.
