OBJECTIVE To explore the prevention and nursing measures for the gastrointestinal endoscopy nosocomial infections so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of digestive endoscopy.METHODS A total of 300 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in the hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec were selected as the study group which received the newly prevention and nursing measures for the gastrointestinal endoscopy nosocomial infections;while 100 patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan to Oct 2009 were selected as the control group which was given the traditional prevention and nursing measures for the gastrointestinal endoscopy nosocomial infections;the incidence of the adverse reactions in the two groups of patients were compared before and after the diagnosis and treatment.RESULTS In the study group,the incidence rates of the cough choke restless,nausea,and postoperative discomfort were 1.7%,2.0%,and 1.0%,respectively,which were 15.0%,21.0%,and 11.0%,respectively in the control group,the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The detection rate of pathogens was 8.0% in the study group,33.0% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05),the sepsis occurred in neither of the two groups.CONCLUSION The new prevention and nursing management for gastrointestinal endoscopy nosocomial infections can achieve good effect and avoid the cross infections.

总结52例下肢深静脉血栓行下腔静脉滤器植入术联合导管溶栓治疗的护理。护理重点为做好心理护理,完善治疗前准备,做好滤器植入穿刺部位护理、溶栓护理、患肢护理,加强并发症的观察及护理,是治疗成功及下肢功能恢复的关键。

慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉等鼻腔疾病的治疗采用鼻内镜手术越来越多,手术是治疗的第1步,围手术期鼻腔的护理与手术一样同等重要,是不可忽视的第2步,为了达到预期治疗目标,对患者围手术期的鼻腔护理提出了更高的要求.
