The Yancheng "Green Energy Port" is an important project planned under the National Natural Gas Production, Supply, Storage, and Sales System Construction and Interconnectivity program, and it is also the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) reserve base currently under construction in China. In the first phase of the "Green Energy Port" project, 10 large LNG storage tanks were built, including 4 tanks with a capacity of 220,000 m3 and 6 tanks with a capacity of 270,000 m3 , the latter of which are currently the largest storage tanks with a single-tank capacity in the world. This report provides a brief introduction to the project context, outlines the layout of the prestressed system in the LNG storage tanks and the construction phases, and summarizes the critical tests for the prestress system in cryogenic tanks.
超低温预应力锚固体系是目前液化天然气(LNG)混凝土外罐中常用的设计结构体系之一,设计中除了明确要求预应力体系产品需要符合相关国际国内标准以满足其低温使用要求之外,还重点要求必须严格控制其施工的工艺技术标准以满足工程项目的施工质量目标要求.文章着重探讨该体系在LNG工程中的设计及其施工技术要点,为后续同类型的结构体系设计及施工提供参考.
通过试验的方式,选取同条件监测PL1和PL3两种锚固体系进行监测研究.试验表明,采用电隔离锚固体系(PL3)电隔离性能明显优于PL1锚固体系.因此,采用电隔离防腐锚固体系在腐蚀侵害很严重的环境下具有优越的电隔离能力,对延长预应力混凝土结构使用寿命、提高结构的安全性能有重要意义.
文章介绍了国标GB/T 14370—2015、欧标ETAG 013和EN 13391:2004在预应力锚具疲劳性能试验方面的规定,并以国内某自主品牌锚具作为试验对象,参照ETAG 013、EN 13391:2004对其进行疲劳性能试验,在检验我国自主品牌锚具抗疲劳性能的同时,分析研究中、欧标准在锚具疲劳性能试验方面的差异性.疲劳试验结果表明,我国部分自主品牌锚具抗疲劳性能表现优异,能很好地满足欧洲疲劳性能试验要求,同时针对国标GB/T 14370—2015在锚具疲劳性能试验方面存在的不足提出改进建议.
螺旋筋作为局部锚固区的核心构件,能够增强锚固区的承载力,提高预应力混凝土的抗劈裂能力.目前工程应用中扁形螺旋筋横截面一般为矩形,呈螺旋式旋绕,也有采用矩形网片筋的形式布置.本研究通过改变矩形螺旋筋短边的形式,将短边变成半圆形,构成椭圆形螺旋筋;并通过荷载传递试验,观测试验加载过程中裂纹和裂纹扩展的情况,最后进行极限荷载破坏,试验结果显示,椭圆形螺旋筋的性能略优于矩形螺旋筋.这为螺旋筋的结构设计提供了新的思路,将椭圆形螺旋筋代替矩形螺旋筋可以减少材料用量,降低经济成本.
圆塔形锚垫板采用多级台阶的结构形式进行分散传递锚固力,进而提高锚垫板的承载能力。该文以OVM.M15-9D、OVM.M15-12D锚垫板为例,通过改变其结构形式,即去除末端二级台阶,采用ANSYS有限元分析和荷载传递试验的方法,对比研究了其对锚垫板承载能力的影响,并分析了多级台阶在锚下混凝土中的传力形式。

To improve the corrosion resistance and the fatigue life of stay cables, the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)was used for stay cables. The single-wire bond-anchorages and 7-wire bond-anchorages were developed for CFRP tendons with epoxy resin. Component assembling of stay cables with CFRP were tested. The influencing factors of bond-anchorage behaviors were induced. Results indicate that the coarseness of tendon, the interior angle of anchorage, the bond strength and the grouting pressure directly influence on anchoring. Moreover, the developed bond-anchorages have high anchor efficiency up to 95% and can be applied in civil engineering.

Due to the low transverse and shear strengths of CFRP tendons, a key issue in the fabrication of cables with CFRP tendons is the development of a suitable anchorage system. In this paper, a 7-wire CFRP bar bonded anchorage was developed for 7-mm diameter round CFRP bars. The static load test was carried out on the successfully developed 7-wire CFRP ropes, and the results showed that the stress strength of the successfully developed multifilament CFRP ropes was up to 2200MPa, and the anchorage anchorage efficiency was more than 95%. 碳纤维增强复合(CFRP)筋具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳等优异性能,非常适合制作桥梁拉索用于恶劣的工作环境中。由于CFRP筋的横向强度和抗剪强度较低,用其制作拉索面临的一个关键问题是开发合适的锚固系统。文中针对直径为7mm的光圆CFRP筋研制了7丝CFRP筋粘结锚具。对研制成功的7丝CFRP拉索,进行了静载试验,研究结果表明,研制成功的多丝CFRP拉索应力强度达2200MPa,锚具锚固效率达95%以上。
