稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis medindis ( Guenee)是水稻的重要害虫之一,危害严重.氟虫双酰胺是日本株式会社生产的用于防治鳞翅目害虫的药剂,它作用于昆虫鱼尼丁受体(RYR),激活害虫鱼尼丁受体长期开放,造成无限期钙离子释放,导致钙库衰竭,肌肉无法收缩,麻痹,瘫痪,直至死亡.
For expliciting the selective toxicity of chlorantraniliprole,metaflumizone and avermectins to the spiders,to guide the rational use of pesticides and coordinate chemical control and biological control,this paper determinated the three kinds of pesticide toxicity on the two kinds of spiders. The results showed that the actual toxicity of chlorantraniliprole on spiders,Pardosa pseudaannulata and Ummeliata insecticeps,was the lowest,and avermectins had the most high toxicity. Concerning with the practical dosages in rice fields the safeties of three insecticides to Pardosa pseudaannulata and Ummeliata insecticeps was evaluated as follows:chloratraniliprole> metaflumizone > avermctins.
In order to study the effect of different levels of bio-active peptide on blood physiological-biochemical characteristics in carp(Cyprinus carpio),180 healthy carps with similar weight were chosen and allocated randomly to four groups.Three trial groups were added 0.3%,0.6% and 1.0% active peptide to basic diet respectively,and the forth group was control group.The carps were fed for 56 days.The results indicated that: (1) Compared with the control group,contents of IgM,C_(4) of experiment groups were remarkably increased; (2) Compared with the control group, T_(4) of experitment groups was remarkably decreased; (3) Carbamide nitrogen of experiment groups was lower than that of control group; (4) Compared with the control group, CHOL, TG_(3), AST, ALT, LDH, ALB, and GLO of experiment groups had no significant difference.
