<正>下颌阻生智齿是人类长期进化过程中,由于食物精制致使咀嚼功能降低,颌骨的发育逐渐退缩而产生。下颌阻生智齿检出率高达52.3%。其中,下颌低位水平阻生智齿也占到15.4%。拔除下颌水平阻生智齿对门诊医生来讲,是一项复杂的牙槽外科手术,邻牙、骨阻力均较大,拔除困难。为
目的:介绍开放牙髓使用牙髓失活剂的利与弊。方法:快速钻开牙髓后,清除残渣腐质,用小棉球浸丁香油再拌以牙髓失活剂填到洞底露髓处,再用干棉球阻于洞口,48 h后更换药物。结果:经上述方法治疗后,170例201颗牙在48 h后复诊,一次性失活162颗牙,有效率80.5%,第二次39颗牙使用失活剂48 h后复诊,所有病例疼痛症状缓解。结论:开放牙髓使用牙髓失活剂,只要病例选择适当,方法正确,用药适量,是一种经济省时,利大于弊的方法。
Objecive:To understanding relationship between human maxillary sinus surgery and branches of sphenopalatine artery anatomy. Methods:30 cases of latex artery in 10% formalin fixed adult head specimens,excluding sex and age,were observed under a magnifying glass in the three-dimensional,nasal septum,middle meatus and the vascular structure. Results:Maxillary artery had branch as sphenopalatine artery,in the sphenopalatine foramen into the nasal cavity. Its branches supplied the lateral wall of the nasal cavity,paranasal sinuses and nasal septum. Sphenopalatine artery branches,posterior lateral nasal artery diameter was 1.05±0.09mm,the branch to the middle turbinate artery and inferior turbinate artery,its diameter was 0.91±0.09mm and 0.96±0.09mm. The distance between nasal inferior turbinate artery and ending of nasal inferior turbinate is about 11±3mm. Maxillary sinus surgery,if the distance from middle turbinate was over 1.5cm,it could not hurt posterior lateral nasal artery. Conclusion:Maxillary sinus surgery can not simply expand the open position of the maxillary sinus,as back 1-1.5mm on the expansion of the natural signs in the nasal cavity,open maxillary sinus is more secure,and should avoid harming sphenopalatine artery,posterior lateral nasal artery branches.
