文章以绵阳市区的五个楼盘为例,分析了城市基础设施与房地产开发之间的关系.具体运用因子分析法和模糊数学的多层次综合评判法来定量和定性的对统计所得数据进行分析,得出交通、医疗、教育、生活环境等其中的关键因素.而对楼盘进行的分析和得出的结论为住户选择合适的住房(价格和位置)以及房产商制定针对性销售策略提供了一定的参考价值.

随着城市地下空间开发和高层建筑的建设,深基坑工程逐渐增多,其规模和深度也在不断增加.由于在施工过程中,施工作业人员的素质参差不齐,他们在施工过程中的安全意识十分淡薄,而现场管理人员由于麻痹大意或者是管理水平等方面的原因,对施工过程中存在的的安全隐患不能及时发现并有效控制,由此引发的深基坑安全事故多不胜数.基于此背景,对成都某高层建筑深基坑的降水、支护及开挖施工过程中容易产生安全问题的因素进行分析,并提出了行之有效的安全控制措施,为深基坑施工安全管理提供借鉴.
