The special geological conditions in the Karst area bring many problems to the comprehensive utility tunnel construction,support pile over-irrigation is one of them. When the foundation excavation is supported with piles in Karst area, over-irrigation of support piles caused by unfavorable geological condition can occupy construction face. Taking Liupanshui utility tunnel as background, the comparison of the treatment plan was carried out to determine the construction method of external wall using unilateral formwork and waterproof firstly constructing, which can effectively solve the problem caused by the construction problem. The results show that the comprehensive utility tunnel improves the safety and stability of the foundation excavation, strengthens the waterproof construction quality and ensures the construction period after using this method.
通过对SLJ900/32流动式架桥机结构及施工工艺的研究,提出了能够提升设备性能的适应性技术改进.将架桥机的辅助支腿由主梁的前端改为主梁的中前端,由折叠形式改为非折叠形式,从而使设备的性能和安全性得到很大的提高.新型SLJ900/32流动式架桥机实现了辅助支腿在不拆卸、不折叠的情况下即可运梁、过孔、架梁(特别是末孔架梁),且在架梁过程中无需桥面临时落梁,规避了不同梁跨架设时桥面临时落梁对已架梁顶板损伤风险.
Urban underground comprehensive utility tunnel and other municipal works construction can affect the traffic, especially in mountain city because of its unique topography. Taking the typical Liupanshui comprehensive utility tunnel in mountainous city as the background, the paper discusses the urban comprehensive utility tunnel space and linear design considering the factors of traffic guidance,the principle of utility tunnel section construction is studied,and the optimal method of section construction is obtained. In ensuring the construction period under the premise,taking into account the construction cost factors,it makes the impact of traffic guidance on social transport to a minimum. The results show that the selected construction method is effective and can guarantee the city traffic.
通过对箱梁提升、运输、架设的施工工艺和方法进行研究,成功地编制了箱梁提升、运输、架设简洁、明晰的操作口令;通过对各独立作业班组按照"指挥-操作-监护-辅助"关系、各独立作业班组的同一层面岗位按部位进行统一编号、按口令操作,解决了箱梁提升过程的同步、次序问题,保证了起吊和落梁放置在支座上4支点高差不得大于2 mm要求,保证了在转移及装车过程中梁体3点受力且受力均匀的要求,保证了箱梁在提梁、移梁、转存、装车过程中不出现质量问题及重大安全事故。
