Light paraffins will play an important role as feedstocks of chemical industry to substitute for oil in 21century,and the activation of C-H bonds of light paraffins is an attractive challenging research subject.This article summarizes the catalytic activation of the C-H bonds of light paraffins,especially methane,under mild liquid phase conditions.
