The article describes how Luliang Oilfield raises the recovery rate of associated gas to 92.10%during development by use of oil and gas mixed transportation technology,natural gas generator skid technology and boiler burning moisture technology.Oil and gas mixed transportation technology can realize fully enclosed convey of marginal oil and gas blocks;boiler burning moisture technology of centralized treatment station can increase natural gas transmission capacity and reduce operation cost;the application of small movable natural gas generator skid can make full use of rich gas,reducing the production cost and the amount of rich gas torch flared.It receives good economic and environmental benefits.
通过大量现场调查和分析,就影响陆梁油田配电网运行可靠性的主要原因,进行了剖析和研究,确定了高压针式瓷瓶裂纹、击穿和设备线夹断裂,是引发陆梁油田电力故障、大面积停电、影响油田生产的主要原因,并找出了高压针式瓷瓶裂纹、击穿和设备线夹断裂的内在因素和外在因素,有的放矢地提出了切实可行的解决对策。此项目的开展,为陆梁油田10kV电力配电线路进一步的改造,如石南21井区配电网改造,找到了可行的解决办法,也为新疆油田公司三大沙漠油田解决类似问题取得了经验。
准噶尔盆地有很多边探井位于已开发油区外围的戈壁荒漠中,由于诸多原因,使这些边探井日常管理十分不便。Google-Earth是一款著名的桌面三维卫星地图服务软件。借助Google-Earth的三维卫星影像和矢量地图服务,对边探井实施精确定位,查清所有边探井的位置及其周边环境状况,可优化出便捷的巡井线路,对边探井井场及周边环境进行评估、监测,提高边探井管理效率。
In 2004,the productivity of 56.49×10~4 t of Toutunhe reservoir in Shinan-21 well block in Junggar basin was constructed,after which through 4 years studies of data from reservoir geology are conducted,such as well logging,3-D seismic prospecting,well testing and production and performance analysis,in order to master the variation of sand body,fault occurrence,provenance directions,identify sedimentary microfacies,3-D distribution of reservoir,interbed and fluid,estimate productivity of thin sand,and revise oil-water interface of reservoirs,etc.The beneficial results are remarkable.
油田"滚动开发"生产发展模式决定了其配套设施的建设,不可能做到尽善尽美。供配电电网与负荷分配的不合理,配电变压器负荷率偏低、网损率不达标等等的问题造成了油田配电线路功率因素过低、线损过大,使配电网成为油田自身的耗能大户。针对油田电网现状,提出了优化电力网络,降低输电损失;提高电网效率;优化配置无功补偿,提高输配电效率,降低原油生产成本的目的。电网的优化运行就是指在保证电网安全运行和电压质量的基础上,进行无功功率补偿,使电网的总损耗降为最小。陆梁油田配电网优化运行节能降耗技术,经过近一年多的实验改造,已取得了明显的经济效益。
