A series of technological transformations of S-based compound fertilizer plant are carried out for the quality improvement and cost reduction in Ruihe Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.The converter is reformed to increase the KCl conversion rate;use the KCl made in China instead of the imported to reduce the cost;take the measures of filling nitrogen and increasing potassium to improve the N content and produce the multi-standards compound fertilizer;increase the phosphoric acid washing device to improve the phosphoric acid quality and the product water soluble rate;implement DCS control to optimize operation indexes of conversion and ammoniation.The next step will be the transformations of dry and cooling section for increasing production capacity and development of new fertilizers such as nitro slow release fertilizer.
