目的 观察祛风胜湿方对变应性鼻炎小鼠血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及水通道蛋白5(AQP5)的影响.方法 以卵清蛋白(OVA)+氢氧化铝基础致敏、局部以OVA激发复制变应性鼻炎小鼠模型,将其分为正常对照组、模型组、祛风胜湿方组、氯雷他定组.灌胃给药14天,观察各组对变应性鼻炎小鼠血清IgE、AQP5及鼻黏膜组织病理形态学的影响.结果 与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠血清IgE及AQP5均显著增高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各药物干预组的上述指标均显著降低(P<0.05).结论 祛风胜湿方作用机制可能与其抑制IgE及AQP5表达有关.本实验为揭示中医“风能胜湿”与“祛风止痒”理论提供了实验数据支持.
<正>复方苦参注射液是以苦参、白土苓为主经现代技术加工制成的中药制剂,其功效为清热利湿、凉血解毒、散结止痛,临床多用于晚期癌症的辅助治疗。为帮助临床医生能更加合理使用复方苦参注射液,笔者现对其近年来的相关实验研究成果作一较为系统的整理和分析。1抗肿瘤作用研究1.1体外实验1.1.1对肺癌细胞的杀伤林氏等[1]报道了复方苦参注射液对体外培养肺癌LAC细胞的抑瘤效果,实验表明复方苦参注射液能抑制肺癌LAC细胞的生长,
[Objective] To explore the effects of compound Kushen injection(Yanshu) on the estrogen receptor-α36 in HeLa cells of human cervical cancer.[Methods] We used MTT method to detect the inhibitory effect on HeLa cell proliferation after treating by compound Kushen injection,DDP and its combinations.Using RT-PCR method the expression of ER-α36 after treating by compound Kushen injection was detected.[Results] Compound Kushen injection could inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cell and the effect was time and dose dependent.Compound Kushen injection could enhance the effect of DDP.The expression of HeLa cell ER-α36 on mRNA level after treating for 48 h by compound Kushen injection,the combination of compound Kushen injection and DDP,was reduced significantly(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Compound Kushen injection can inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cell and enhance the anticancer effect of DDP.Compound Kushen injection can reduce the expression of HeLa cell ER-α36 on mRNA level.The combined treating with these has more effective anti-tumor effect than Kushen injection.
[Objective] To explore the effects of compound Kushen injection(Yanshu) on Bcl-2/Bax,P27 expression in endometrial cancer HEC-1B cell.[Methods] Using MTT method the inhibition of HEC-1B cell proliferation treated by compound Kushen injection,Kushen injection,Baituling injection and DDP injection was detected.Using RT-PCR method their expression of Bcl-2/Bax and P27 was also detected.[Results] Compound Kushen injection and Kushen injection could inhibit the proliferation of HEC-1B cell and the effect was dose-dependent.The expression of Bcl-2 gene was reduced significantly while Bax and P27 gene were risen on mRNA level treated for 48 h by compound Kushen injection,Kushen injection and DDPC injection(P0.05).[Conclusion] Compound Kushen injection and Kushen injection can inhibit the expression of Bcl-2 and promote the expression of Bax and P27.Compound kushen injection and it's active ingredients Kushen can reduce Bcl-2 expression in HEC-1B cell while rise Bax and P27 gene on mRNA level.
