目的:研究海水浸泡大鼠皮肤烧伤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b-FGF)的表达及意义.方法:普通级SD大鼠60只,雌雄各半,制作烧伤模型,将鼠背部褪毛并用酒精灯蓝色火焰烧灼局部皮肤7~8 s,造成深Ⅱ度烧伤(病理证实),面积约3 cm×3 cm×4 cm,然后将大鼠随机分成实验组(海水浸泡)和对照组(生理盐水浸泡),每组30只.每组又分为损伤后2h和1、3、5、7、14d共6个时点,每个时点5只大鼠.采用流式细胞仪检测VEGF与b-FGF在2组烧伤组织中的表达情况.结果:2组大鼠皮肤烧伤组织伤后1~14 d,实验组VGEF、bFGF表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05或P<0.01).结论:VEGF与b-FGF在海水浸泡大鼠皮肤烧伤组织中表达增高,与皮肤烧伤严重程度及愈合有一定关系.
目的 探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)在子宫腺肌病中的表达及临床意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学的方法(S-P)检测Cyclin D1在子宫腺肌病(40例)及正常子宫内膜组织(30)中的表达.结果 Cyclin D1在子宫腺肌病中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05).Cyclin D1与痛经、月经异常无明显关系,而与腺肌瘤大小、异位内膜浸润深度关系密切(P<0.05).结论 Cyclin D1与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展关系密切.
Objective To explore the changes of the enrichment and concentration of stable isotope labeled amino acid in blood at the metabolic plateau of protein and amino acid in order to reflect the catabolism level of protein and amino acid.Method Twenty subjects were divided into two groups and were supplied two different doses of protein,the whole experience period was 7 days.All subjects were administered the 13C-leucine for 3 hours by the antecubital vein at the time of 12:00 on day 6 and the blood samples were collected per 15 minutes during the last 30 minutes of the infusion,and the 13C enrichment and concentration of leucine in blood samples were detected and compared.Results The difference of both 13C enrichment and leucine concentration in blood at three time points were not significant for every group subjects(P0.05).Conclusion The oxidation level of protein and amino acid were relative stable at the different time points in the course of stable isotope infusion in the status of feed.The identical time point of the metabolic kinetics parameters under the different nutritional conditions of protein and amino acid should be determined.
