随着城市经济发展,周边地块开发程度的不断加强,交通量日益增加,交通拥堵问题日益严重.城市中心区内的交通性干道作为重要的交通支撑,亦面临着巨大的交通压力.对城市主干路进行快速化改造,能有效提高交通通行能力,成为解决交通拥堵问题的有效途径,但道路周边地块开发程度较高工程建设条件复杂,快速化改造难度较大.
为了对比研究热拌与DAT温拌沥青混合料的路用性能的不同,首先研究掺加沥青质量10%的DAT对SBS改性沥青的影响;其次,根据规范对AC-5型混合料按照室内拌和及成型温度制作马歇尔试件,测定各项指标,将温拌沥青混合料与热拌沥青混合料路用性能进行对比分析.试验结果表明:温拌剂DAT对SBS改性沥青影响不大,在拌合和成型温度上较热拌降低15℃前提下,DAT温拌沥青混合料高温稳定性能有所提高,水稳定性、低温稳定性有所下降,但仍符合规范要求.
研究了不同温拌剂对SBS改性沥青针入度、软化点、延度、感温性、弹性恢复、粘度、相容性、配伍性等指标的影响,通过各指标的变化情况,对温拌剂的改性效果进行了对比分析,初步得出各温拌剂的适用性,为温拌剂的选用提供依据;并通过各技术参数随掺量的变化规律,提出了最佳掺量比例范围,为温拌沥青混合料设计提供依据.
The key of warm mixing technique is warm mix additive.Because different warm mix additives have different cooling effect on asphalt mixture,so it requires specific tests to select the appropriate warm mix additive in order to achieve the ideal state.This paper compares the cooling effect of four kinds of warm mix additives on AC-13 mixture.With the same grading and asphalt-aggregate ratio,this study conducts Marshall compaction test of warm mix asphalt mixture with different warm mix additives under different temperatures to detect specimen porosity.By comparing the compaction temperatures when the warm mix asphalt mixture with different additives reach the same porosity,this study determines the additive with the most obvious cooling effect.Finally the cooling effect can be determined when compared with the compacted specimens of hot mix asphalt modified by SBS.
This paper tries to study the target mix proportion of warm porous mix asphalt,taking the warm porous mix asphalt OGFC-13 in Changzhou as the experiment object.First,the Marshall method is adopted to determine the design graduation of OGFC-13 with 20% target porosity and the optimum asphalt content under the condition of hot-mix OGFC-13 design gradation.Then the relevant result is applied to mold the OGFC-13 Marshall specimens of 20% porosity under the warm mix condition.Finally the validity of the target mix proportion of the warm mix OGFC-13 is verified through Marshall stability test,Orenburg asphalt leakage test,Kentucky Fort flying test and rutting tests.According to data comparison between warm and hot mix asphalt,the study finds out whether the Marshall method of the hot mix asphalt is suitable for warm mix asphalt.
