With the deep integration of energy and internet, energy internet service is gradually following the user centric idea. This paper first analyzes the value source of energy internet. Then the user value demand on energy is regarded as guidance, and a four-dimensional service system construction framework including value domain, energy domain, business domain, and information domain is established. A top-down decomposition of the value domain and a bottom-up implementation of the value domain are performed to demonstrate the construction process. Finally, a value realization analysis method including value proposition, production, transmission, and acquisition is used to a typical case of service implementation. This paper tries to provide an analysis paradigm for integrative and systematic research and understanding of the development context and trends of energy internet services, and to provide a basic analysis method for promoting service innovation.
With the increasing of global energy problems, the electric vehicles are developing in the world with a rapid pace, and supporting the charging facilities is a necessary condition for the development of electric vehicles. In this paper, the operation mode of foreign mature charging pile enterprises is compared with the current domestic operation modes, and the operation mode and problems of domestic charging pile are being analyzed. And also puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem of charging pile construction planning and the operation of the existing charging pile and charging station in Xi’an, Shanxi Province.
In this paper,the requirements of the industry policy and technical standard for the distributed renewable energy connected the power grid are studied.The impacts of the distributed renewable energy connected to the power grid on the secondary system (protection,automation and communication) and practical problems are analyzed and the corresponding methods are proposed.The impacts of the distributed renewable energy connected to the power grid on the operation,control and protection of the distribution network are analyzed.Finally,the impacts of the distributed renewable energy on the existing fault handling methods and the corresponding solutions are studied.
Along with the development of electric vehicle industry, the reasonable charging service fee pricing standard has become the important influence factor for the network construction operation of charging and switching facilities.In this paper, the dynamic evaluation index is used to measure the charge service charge of the investors and consumers.And there is no win-win price range in the text.In view of the influence factors of charging service charge, the government should improve the safeguard measures, formulate reasonable plan, innovate the operation mode and implement the electricity policy for peak and valley.
随着陕西省经济社会发展水平不断提高,汽车保有量持续攀升。大力发展电动汽车,能够加快燃油替代,减少汽车尾气排放,对保障能源安全、促进节能减排、降污治霾、有效缓解能源和环境压力,具有重要意义。采用弹性系数法和千人保有量法建立电动汽车保有量预测模型,对陕西省"十三五"期间电动汽车保有量进行了预测,并用一元线性回归模型对结果进行比较,表明千人保有量法预测结果更加准确。结果显示未来五年陕西省电动汽车将呈现阶段式增长,预计2020年实现平稳发展。最后对电动汽车发展及充电设施建设提出几点建议。
As the most widely used device in the var compensation field,static var compensator(SVC) plays an important role in enhancing the grid reliability,improving the transmission limit and damping power oscillation,etc.The capacity of SVC installed in the key substations grows with the expansion of the power grid.This has put forward the heat increase of the valve.Based on the design of valve cooling-system of high-voltage large capacity,this paper briefly summoned the basic demands and constitution of cooling-system,analyzed the heat-dissipation in detail,and proposed a new design scheme to adopt dual parallel branch waterway for each level cooling-circuit of valve.
