1、引言 随着智能配电网的深入建设,管道光缆在电力通信网中的运用规模急剧增加,对保障电网安全、提高电网企业信息化水平发挥着越来越重要的作用.电力管道光缆深埋于地下、线路距离长、分布广,城市地形地貌和现场环境变化比较快,路面标志容易丢失,使得管道光缆难以查找,给维护管理带来了困难.目前,对管道光缆的线路维护仍采用人工巡检方式,这种方式不仅效率低下,且极易因不可视因素无法维护管理到位,也无法快速应对故障处理.
本文旨在将最新项目管理理论并结合企业发展要求运用到电力工程管理工作中,以惠州电力传输A网改造项目为实际案例,将项目管理理论与企业实际生产活动相结合,提出如何进行电力工程项目的范围管理、时间管理基础上如何进行风险管理,实现综合价值最优的目标。
配用电网自动化在全国展开了全面的试点工作,取得了阶段性的成果.在已完成的试点中,通信网络采用了光纤通信为主,载波和无线为辅的技术路线.但是以上技术都存在明显缺陷.本文将在描述新一代载波通信技术的原理及技术特点的基础上,提出适用于智能配用电网通信的更优的综合解决方案模型.
Engineering Recommendation P2/6 (ER P2/6) is the basal file for distribution network planning in UK. Aiming at the reliability of power supply for final customer, the file relates the security of system with loads of customers. Then by applying some main reliability indices such as power supply interruption frequency, power supply interruption duration and so on, and combining with operation modes and other relative data, ER P2/6 gives guidelines to estimate operation characteristic and developing trend of power network to analyze the relationship between reliability investment and benefit, and to make correct investment decision. The authors analyze the background, content, elements, characteristic and the application of ER P2/6; and through an actual case, verify high efficiency of ER P2/6. Taking ER P2/6 for reference and by means of contrasting the idea of power supply reliability standard for current power network planning and design as well as the standard application in China with those in UK, this paper reviews the logic and application of power reliability standard in China and indicates the shortcoming in it, then gives some suggestions of optimization.
Based on the characteristic analysis of short-circuit impedance for adjustable tap transformers,the defects of the transformer model is pointed out,and the detailed correction method is proposed.Taking the East China Power Grid as an example,the bad influence that the defects may exert on power flow calculation and short-circuit current calculation is assessed,and the influence mechanism is analyzed.Suggestions on the simulation calculation in practice are put forward based on the assessment.
For the Yang Cheng-Huai Yin long distance transmission project of China,it's considered to replace current Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) with Thyristor Controlled Series Compensation (TCSC) based on the energy function control strategy for the transient stability enhancement of the power system.This paper first validates the proposed control strategy with NETOMAC program and compares the results with those of the physical experiment.Then,the simulation results of the simplified East China power network of 2005 are presented.All the results indicate that the probability of generator shedding is obviously reduced and the transient stability is greatly improved when FSC is updated to TCSC.Therefore,this research work is of significant engineering value.
