Objective:To explore the change of nail fold microcirculation,female hormone and blood lipid on the patients with perimenopause syndrome before and after the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods:The several data of nail fold microcirculation,female hormone and blood lipid were obtained and compared among three groups before treatment. The three groups were Group Control,Group PM (women in perimenopausal period) and Group PMS(patients with perimenopausal syndrome),60 samples in each group.And the above data were compared in Group PMS before and after treatment. Results:There was significant difference of nail fold microcirculation,female hormone and blood lipid among Group Control,Group PM and Group PMS before treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine (P0.01).And the difference of those between Group PM and Group PMS was not significant(P0.05),but was significant in Group PMS before and after treatment (P0.01).Conclusion:The conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine could improve nail fold microcirculation, female hormone and blood lipid.

中枢神经系统是血管畸形和肿瘤的常见发病部位,脑脊髓的血循环的发育过程中局灶性异常可造成非肿瘤性病变,如血管畸形,是属于最危险的先天性脑血管畸形.

中枢神经系统肿瘤的发病率较高,以神经上皮的肿瘤最多见.现按照WHO1993年的最新分类标准,将我院480例中枢神经系统肿瘤进行回顾性分析,对防治和研究我省中枢神经系统的肿瘤发病情况提供参考资料.
