Some maintenance processes and self-designed plans on how to manage furnace bottom sealing plate crack of JIS-CO 7# blast furnace is introduced.The crack problems encountered at the scene was solved, the causes was analyzed and the maintenance process plan was made. By using the weld grinding, slab reinforcement plate and fixed welding, a series of technical measures of grouting treatment and so on, these factors like micro cracks, corrosion cleaning difficult and time consuming were avoided. By this way, the factory improves their welding productivity, weld appearance, excellent quality and eventually achieves good results. The technology contributes to improving the quality, shortening the period of time, en-suring the safety and creating comprehensive economic benefits.
The thesis aims to tackle these problems of large workload, short construction and high quality requirements by applying hot blast pipes process on blast furnace.There are many options to choose for the blast furnace body maintenance. Self-made process plans in 7#blast furnace body of JISCO was described in this paper, which makes use of quick dry ce-ramic wear-resistant castable material to improve the shuttering construction so as to promote quality, shorten the work peri-od, ensure security and improve fuel economic benefits.
