Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect ofBuyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.Control group received routine treatment,observation group received Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.Compare the effect of the two groups after treatment.Results (1)The total effective rate of observation group was 95％,significantly higher than 83.33％ of control group (P＜0.05).(2)The comparison between groups before treatmemt showed there was no significant difference in plasma fibrinogen (Fbg),hematocrit (HCT),whole blood low shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity between the two groups (P＞0.05);the comparison between the groups before and after treatment showed the plasma Fbg,HCT,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of both groups decreased significantly after treatment (P＜0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment showed the plasma Fbg,HCT,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).(3)The comparison between groups before treatment showed the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Patients (NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale (FMA),daily life ability scale (ADL) in both groups were no statistically significant differences (P＞0.05);the comparison between the groups before and after treatment showed NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),FMA scores and ADL scores were significantly increased (P＜0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment showed the NIHSS score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P＜0.05),FMA score,ADL score were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine is effective in improving the index of blood rheology in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of acute cerebral infarction,is worthy of clinical application.

分析86例脑梗死病人并发肩部并发症的原因,探讨其护理对策,认为并发肩部并发症的原因主要有疾病因素、心理因素、环境因素、知识缺乏等;提出康复训练、健康教育、技能培训、心理疏导等护理对策。
