Considering actual design conditions of turbine-generator foundation of Huainan Pingwei No.2 Power Plant,optimized foundation design that combines advantages of European and US designs is proposed.It is analyzed theoretically and validated by tests.The designed foundation not only passed 1∶10 model vibration test,but also passed 168 h fully loaded operation test.
The 168 h trial operation of the first supercritical 600 MW turbo-generator set manufactured by Beizhong-Alstom Power Equipment Corporation had been successfully completed on 19th of March,2007,in Pingwei Power Generation Co Ltd no.2,having put into commercial trial operation.During the rotation-impulsing process of the first starting-up for the unit,trouble of excessive shafting system vibration had occurred.Through cause analysis of said trouble,corresponding measures had been taken,making the problem of shafting system vibration to be solved,ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit.
