生物信息技术的快速发展正在推动一些隐藏的基因被人们所发现.环状RNA(circRNA)是内源性非编码RNA(ncRNA)家族的新成员,通过单链RNA分子的3’端和5’端连接而成,具有一定的广泛性、保守性、稳定性和组织特异性.近年来,随着高通量测序技术和生物信息学的不断发展,大量内源性circRNA在各种细胞类型中均可被检测到,且circRNA具有发挥微小RNA(miRNA)海绵作用、调控基因表达及翻译等生物学功能,同时在生物发育过程中和疾病诊断中起着至关重要的作用.circRNA具有差异性表达的特点,与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,在肿瘤中发挥抑癌基因或癌基因的作用,有望成为恶性肿瘤的新型诊断标志物、分子治疗靶点和预后评估指标.目前,仅有少量关于circRNA在卵巢癌中研究进展的报道,本文拟从circRNA的生物学功能及其在卵巢癌中的研究进展进行简要综述.
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术已经成为治疗冠状动脉疾病的可靠手段,但冠状动脉内支架植入会引起与其接触的血管内皮损伤和一系列生化反应,导致早期支架内血栓形成及晚期支架内再狭窄。因此需要评估PCI术后新生内膜覆盖情况和药物洗脱支架(DES)的治疗效果。血管内视镜(CAS)作为一种新的临床诊断血管病变的检查手段,具有清晰度高、色彩鲜明等特点,本院已尝试应用于评价 PCI 术后血管再内皮化程度,避免了目前组织病理学检查等评估方法存在的诸多局限性及弊端,有望作为再内皮化的有效检查技术而广泛应用于临床。
Objective: Contrast agent nephropathy(CIN) is one of common complications in interventional therapy. Due to the complexity of contrast medium kidney disease pathogenesis, the exact mechanism is unclear, a study that application of osmotic pressure similar to those of contrast medium and high viscosity group contrast medium caused CIN group significantly higher than the risk of low viscosity. Methods: 80 cases underwent coronary artery angiography were randomly divided into two groups 20 ℃ iohexol group and 37 ℃ iohexol group, 40 patients in each group. Before coronary angiography respectively 8 h, 48 h after coronary angiography to collect elbow in the middle of venous blood serum creatinine(Scr), serum(chalone C(CysC) and the data statistical analysis. Results: Two groups of patients with no difference between the basic data is compared between groups. Two groups of patients with postoperative Scr, CysC is tied to elevated preoperative, difference have statistical significance(P 0.05); 20 ℃ sea iodine, alcohol group of Scr is 37 ℃ after iodine higher alcohol group is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference(P 0.05); 20 ℃ sea iodine, alcohol alcohol CysC is 37 ℃ after iodine sea group increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05), Conclusion: Coronary angiography examination, contrast material on renal function in patients with damage; Choose low viscosity contrast agent could reduce its right of renal function in patients with coronary angiography;the mechanism may be related to changes in blood viscosity contrast agent, thus affecting the renal blood flow associated.
随着CT技术快速发展,碘对比剂的应用越来越广泛,而由此引发的不良反应,如碘对比剂肾病、过敏样反应、微循环障碍等也越来越多.对比剂应用中的不良反应与多种因素有关,但其黏度与不良反应的相关性,是近两年的研究热点.现就碘对比剂的黏度与微循环关系的研究现状简要综述如下.
Myocardium microcirculation disorder was the common cause of myocardium ischemia.But in the clinic,the physi-cians paid little attention to it,and there is less research on this domain.This paper aimed to illustrate the mechanism,current situation of the myocardium microcirculation disorder from the point of hemorheology view,the research progression and this myocardium micr-ocirculation disorder.
Objective:To research the contrast agents in different viscosity influencing the hemorheological indices of the patient with coronary angiography(CAG).Method:80 patients with coronary angiography randomly divided into four groups:20℃ Iopromide group,37℃ Iopromide group,20℃ Iohexol group,and 37℃Iohexol group,and each group has 20 patients.The hemorheological indices before and after coronary angiography were measured respectively.Results:The 37℃ Iopromide group compared to the 20℃ Iopromide group had the lower level of the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit(P<0.05).And the plasma viscosity in the 37℃ Iohexol group was decreased than that in the 20℃ Iohexol group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indices of Iopromide group and Iohexol group in the same temperature was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Heating the contrast agent to 37℃ can reduce the negative influence of the contrast agent to human hemorheology.
AIM: To compare the outcomes of paclitaxel-loaded microporous stents and imported sirolimus-eluting stents in the treatment of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS: Seventy-three patients who underwent PCI were randomly divided into two groups: 35 patients with paclitaxel-loaded microporous stent(paclitaxel stents) and 38 patients with imported sirolimus-eluting stents(sirolimus group).Coronary artery angiography(CAG) was performed in all patients after a 6-month follow-up period.The incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACEs) including cardiac death,myocardial infarction and target lesion revascularization and in-stent restenosis rate were compared.RESULTS: During a 6-month follow-up,there were no acute,subacute,or late stent thromboses,nonlethal myocardial infarction or cardiac deaths in the two groups.Differences in angina,in-stent restenosis and target lesion revascularization were not statistically significant between groups.CONCLUSION: Paclitaxel-loaded microporous stents have the same clinical effects and safety as imported sirolimus-eluting stents for coronary artery disease in clinical outcomes in the short-and medium-term.Moreover,the cost-effectiveness ratio of paclitaxel-loaded microporous stents is higher.
