俄罗斯自1993年6月向GATT递交申请以来已有17年,作为世界第13大经济体,2010年12月7日,俄罗斯和欧盟就俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织的相关问题达成了一致,俄有望在2011年正式加入WTO。本文通过分析俄入世前后在商品贸易、服务贸易、法规制度以及投资领域等方面的变化,指出可能带来的机遇与挑战,为更好地把握俄入世这一契机发展两国经贸活动提供一定的参考。
