Objective:To explore the method and effect of applying path-based exercise therapy in postoperative patients with laparo-scopic hysterectomy. Methods:40 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(200 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the patients after operation in the control group and the path-based exercise therapy was adopted in the observation group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of mastery of exercise method,occurrence of discomfort rate,recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function and incidence of postoperative accident events and complications between the two groups( P﹤0. 05,P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:Application of the path-based exercise therapy can promote the rapid recovery of patients after laparo-scopic hysterectomy and reduce the incidence of complications.

[目的]探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗病人生活质量的健康教育方法。[方法]对220例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗病人实施全程的健康教育。[结果]病人身心健康得到提高。[结论]健康教育对提高妇科肿瘤化疗病人生存质量非常必要和重要。
