According to the characteristics of big coefficient of variation of orebody thickness in Xinhui gold mine,combine with the actual geological occurrence conditions of ore block,we choose level stratification sub-sequent filling mining method and stope mining,and exploit ore block.We obtain good results,and it has value of increase promotion.
According to the actual occurrence condition and roadway layout of orebody in Xinhui gold mine,we build 3D orebody and roadway model using AutoCAD,add data information of engineering geology,hydrogeololgy,mechanical properties of rock,operating conditon of equipment into the model,so as to construct virtual mining.
介绍了上向分层组合进路尾砂充填采矿法在鑫汇公司大庄子金矿中的应用,通过采用下盘脉外采准、分层进路回采、无轨出矿和尾砂非胶结充填等综合工艺,有效解决了复杂顶柱回采过程中的系列技术难题,并通过工业性试验取得较为先进的技术经济指标。该成果的技术实用性强,相关工艺和参数可供工程技术人员参考。
According to the mu tation orebody of Xinhui Gold mine,we exploit the orebody using subsection preparatory working,continous mining,caving orebody using upward sector medium-lengthhole continuous extrusion method,removaling ore using carry scraper,filling with classification tailing of the comet,and get a good result.
By using external pulse mining preparation,continuous stoping,short hole bringing-down,trackless out mine and tailings filling etc integrated technology,assisted by sand bags partition wall,roof monitoring etc matching process,continuous mining method achieves the safe,highly efficient,low loss,low cost mining of difficult-to-mine complex orebody.There is some significance for reference and direction on similar mine.
鑫汇金矿矿体赋存条件复杂,影响采矿方法选择的因素较多,各因素对采矿方法的影响程度不一,用简单对比方法难于作出正确判断.通过引入模糊数学理论和分析方法,针对各因素对总事件的影响权重,分别计算出各方案与理想方案间的海明距离,以此作为综合评判采矿方法方案优劣的特征参数.
对开采大庄子金矿倾斜厚矿体的采矿方法进行探讨,针对不同的地质情况、开采技术条件和矿山具体实际分别提出了堑沟底部结构浅孔留矿法,上向水平分层充填法和机械化上向水平分层充填法等回采方案.
