针对汽油中加入苯胺对硫含量检测结果造成干扰的问题,分别采用《SH/T 0689-2000 轻质烃及发动机燃料和其他油品的总硫含量测定法(紫外荧光法)》和《NB/SH/T 0842-2017 轻质液体燃料中硫含量的测定单波长色散X射线荧光光谱法》进行试验,在三种不同硫含量的汽油样品中加入苯胺,用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱法检测硫含量不受干扰;用紫外荧光法检测硫含量,在氮含量大于100 g/L时,均会不同程度对硫含量检测产生干扰.可采取在硫含量标准物质中加入氮含量标准物质,按照试验方法制作标准曲线后对样品进行检测,或采取加装臭氧激发装置的方法解决干扰,使用该方法时应采取相应措施避免SO2,转化为SO3.

The hydrolysis conditions for anthocyanin from purple sweet potato (PSP) was optimized with response surface methodology (RSM). The aglycon forms of the anthocyanins were quantified using high performance liquid chromatography with multi wavelength detector. The combined effects of three independent variables: HCl concentration,hydrolysis temperature,and hydrolysis time were optimized with a 3-factors-3-levels Box-Behnken central composition experiments design. The results showed that the maximum yield of anthocyanidins was obtained with the hydrolysis using a HCl concentration of 4.54 mol / L,a water bath temperature of 100℃,and a duration of 45.8min. The reliability of the method was confirmed by validation tests performed under optimal condition and the sum of obtained peak areas of anthocyanidins is 96.5% of the predicted value,which demonstrated the feasibility of the RSM optimization.
