2019年度对27个烟草品种(系)进行了烟草黄瓜花叶病(CMV)抗性鉴定试验.结果表明,ZY1803、CS01为高抗,CS02、CS03、CS04、CS05共4个品种(系)为抗,H4、C81-2-2为中抗,20806、XX1802为中感,ZY1802、ZY1803、SY15203、CZ-59共4个品种(系)为感病,ZY1701等13个品种(系)为高感.
Single factor experiment design was used to study the effect of microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material on improving the utilization rate of heat energy of curing barn, saving the cost of flue cured tobacco and improving the quality of the cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that: compared with the control, the lower cost of flue cured tobacco with adding microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material, the quality of cured tobacco leaves was good, and the quality of smoking was good; from 5 different adding thickness and proportion of processing, treatment effect of the inner wall thickness of 1.5 cm add 75% microcrystal inorganic heat preservation material was the best, the specific performance of the energy consumption was low, and the average coal consumption of 1 kg dry tobacco was 0.20 kg, and the coal saving rate was more than 14%; in terms of economic traits, the proportion of the first class tobacco leaf of cured tobacco increased by 4.6 percentage points, the average price increase of 2.0 yuan/kg(RMB) of tobacco; high quality of sensory evaluation, balanced chemical quality.
本文对斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(Spodoptera litura nucleopolyhedrovirus,SpliNPV)郴州株及农药市场上的五种杀虫剂进行田间药效试验,结果表明,以好乐士25g/升乳油为最好,其平均相对防效为100.0%,所有药剂的相对防效都与对照药剂无显著差异,但防效都略好于阿维菌素乳油,生物杀虫剂的防效总体都表现较好,尤其是郴州株斜纹夜蛾核多角体病毒+增效剂的防效比较理想,药后第8天防效达84.8%,它是最安全的生物药剂,值得推广应用。
