原有雷管生产中卡口工序和激光编码工序分离,存在卡口设备自动化程度低、效率不高、有较大生产安全隐患等问题.描述雷管卡口工作过程,分析卡口过程中完成激光编码的可能性;其次介绍雷管卡口、雷管激光编码合并工序所需的机械系统设计,包括控制柜的设计要求和卡头的结构及其加工处理工艺要求;最后阐述控制硬件实现、控制过程的状态描述以及软件的实现方法.
无线传感器网络的密钥管理由于布置位置、计算量和存储能力受限,使得设计时需要进行诸多考虑.为此,提出了一种基于身份的无线传感器网络层簇式密钥管理方案,可以较好地解决无线传感器网络的密钥管理问题.本方案运用身份认证加密技术,对节点认证后进行分簇,并解决簇内密钥协商问题,即建立簇成员与簇头之间共享簇密钥.通过安全性、复杂性分析和效能分析,并与一些常用方案进行对比,验证了本方案可以保证簇内完全连通、新节点便捷加入,能够满足无线传感器网络各项要求.
