The material cutting in the making of pressure containers generally adopts the common compasses approximate drawing method to make the lineation and therefore the lineation necessarily has some theoretical errors, further, the drawing method of the common compasses also has some deficiencies such as the complicated operating, inefficiency and so forth. A novel polyfunctional compasses is developed to improve the material cutting drawing method. Makeup and operating principles of the novel polyfunctional compasses are described, applications of it in the making of pressure containers are presented and drawing methods of the novel polyfunctional compasses are compared with that of common ones.
The data of drilling time log and drill bit wearing were processed in combination with basic drilling equations which were widely used.The optimized inverse methods were deployed to derive parameters in well drilling,a system for optimizing drilling parameters based on coefficient inversion was developed.The system is used for optimally calculating the drilling and hydraulic parameters of Well Nan 88 in Henan Oilfield,consequently the accumulated rate of penetration and drilling time are predicted.The result is consistent with actual drilling data.
