Objective To discuss the clinical significance of determination for BUN,Cr,UA in saliva.Methods The Olympus AU600 automatic biochemical analytic system to determine the concentration of BUN,Cr,UA in saliva and serum of 80 patients from October 2005 to February 2006 and 35 healthy adults.Results The relative coefficients of BUN,Cr,UA in saliva and serum are 0.613,0.715,0.748 respectively;The relative coefficients of chronic renal functional failure between saliva and serum is 0.561,with increasing of Cr in serum,the relationship of Cr between serum and saliva is closer;UA in saliva and serum are related unconspicuously,the relationship of chronic renal functional failure between saliva and serum is the highest(r=0.234),the relationship is closer with increasing of UA in serum.Conclusions The determination of BUN,Cr,UA in saliva can be used to evaluate renal function.
目的:探讨在男性患者尿道内注入利多卡因对导尿术的影响。方法:将60例男性患者随机分为对照组和实验组各30例,对照组采用常规导尿术,实验组插尿管前尿道内注入2%利多卡因5ml,记录两组插尿管后1min、5min、10min心率(HR)、无创平均动脉血压(NIMBP)、呼吸(RR)、疼痛、插管成功率及尿道损伤情况。结果:插尿管后1min、5min各观察指标比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),插管10min后两组各观察指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组疼痛表现、重复插尿管及尿道损伤例数多于实验组(P<0.01)。结论:尿道内注入利多卡因可提高男性患者插尿管成功率,减轻尿道损伤程度,减少并发症的发生。
昏迷患者需要通过胃管内灌注饮食、药物和水分.脑血管病及脑外伤患者往往出现应激性胃溃疡,需要置胃管观察胃出血情况.气管切开术后患者由于食管上端肌肉痉挛、水肿以及受套管压迫等原因,常规置胃管法成功率很低.自1998年起我们通过对胃管置管困难原因的分析,对胃管置入法进行了改进,取得了良好效果.现报道如下.
