Blending short glass fiber which surface was modified and silicone rubber to foam,then using the foam prepared short glass fiber / silicone rubber foam composite material.By testing its mechanical properties,thermal performance and structure,the results showed that if adding 3g copy short fiber which length was 6mm,the tensile strength of the composite material was increased to 155%,reached to 0.78MPa.The up of tensile strength along the fiber increased to 130% relative to the vertical tensile strength,the breaking elongation was increased by 790%,and thermal stability was also increased.The average diameter of the abscess in composite material was 0.3mm,and the abscess which was generated around the fiber was closed and its distribution was scarce.SEM showed that the compatibility on the surface between the fiber and the silicone rubber was improved after managing.
EA was prepared by part of the epoxy groups in EP reacted with acrylic acid.With low molecular PA650 dissolved by diluent,the light curing coating with good flexibility was made by the mixing process.The effects of the content of PA650 on the flexibility,hardness and adhesion of coatings were disscused.The results show that when the mass ratio of PA650 is 3%,BP and initiator is 1.0% and 0.5% respectively,adhesion of the coating film reaches level-1.The flexible shaft features 2 mm in diameter.The hardness of the coatings film is B grade.TGA analysis results show that the thermal decomposition transitional temperature of solidified coating film arrives at 324 ℃,higher than that of EA.The temperature of thermal decomposition 95% comes to 335 ℃,higher than that of EA.
Oleic acid and diethylenetriamine were used as the starting materials to synthesize imidazoline.As-synthesized imidazoline was then converted to water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline via alkylation.As-obtained water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline was then mixed with ammonium molybdate and calcium gluconate to yield antirust agent for water-based cutting fluid.The conductivity and corrosion parameters of the cutting fluid containing antirust agent were measured using a conductivity meter and an electrochemical test rig.It was found that quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline and ammonium molybdate were the major antirust components,and calcium gluconate had synergistic antirust effect,while the content of ammonium molybdate had the greatest impact on the conductivity of the cutting fluid.The optimal composition(mass ratio of water-based cutting fluid,water soluble quaternary ammonium salt of imidazoline,ammonium molybdate,and calcium gluconate) of the cutting fluid was suggested as 1 000.0∶2.0∶1.0∶0.1,and cutting fluid was yellow.The corrosion rate of 45 steel in as-formulated cutting fluid was 0.240 9 mm/a,corresponding to an inhibition efficiency of 77.58%,while the electrical conductivity was increased by only 13.00%.
Orthogonal method is used to draw a conclusion that the primary factors which effect kinematic viscosity and conductivity of cutting fluid are triethanolamine and OP-10.The single factor test results are that:if the volume fraction of triethanolamine in cutting fluid is 1%,the roughness of cutting surface is the best(10.25 μm);if the volume fraction of triethanolamine is 0.8%,the conductivity reaches the maximum(critical value)1.15 mS/cm,then continuing to put 40 mL OP-10 to make kinematic viscosity of cutting fluid reach 2.2 mm2/s,the cutting efficiency reaches the highest value.The research direction is that through linear fitting to gain analog curve,the quality and longevity of cutting fluid can be judged only by testing kinematic viscosity and conductivity of cutting liquid.
