Non-synchronization of partial base stations due to equipment failure in network operation often results in interference to TDD network in adjacent region. In order to quickly detect and locate non-synchronization, a non-synchronization interference detection method based on time domain signal analysis was proposed in this paper. The method is able not only to locate the co-channel interference resulted from operator’s TDD system non-synchronization, but to detect adjacent-channel interference due to non-synchronization of different operators in the same geographic region.
WRC-15 Agenda Item 1.1 is considering additional spectrum allocations to the mobile service and identification of additional frequency bands for IMT. China proposed 3 300~3 400 MHz band to be one of the suitable frequency ranges to be considered as potential candidate bands for IMT mainly because that the propagation characteristics of this band are suitable for use in dense urban areas where the deployment of mobile networks is typically capacity limited and this band is capable of providing contiguous bandwidths. In China, radar system is the major application service in this band. This paper carries out the compatibility studies between radar system and IMT indoor system.

2015年世界无线电大会(WRC-15)的1.1议题(AI 1.1)正在开展关于新增频谱用于未来移动通信的相关研究。3 300~3 400 MHz频段具有较宽带宽,此频段适于移动宽带系统在密集城区提供高速数据传输业务,满足移动宽带系统对于频谱容量的需求。我国在这一频段目前主要存在无线电定位业务。本文分析了如果在3 300~3 400 MHz频段引入IMT室内系统,保护已有无线电定位业务所需的隔离要求。
In this paper,based on the comprehensive analysis of the global spectrum planning program,we indepth study of the evolution of the global spectrum management policy,provide a strong support of the application of the spectrum,the use of the spectrum and the promoting of the spectrum planning for China Mobile,and play a very important role in promoting the development of TD and its evolution.
Frequency carries mobile data,which plays a decisive role in the wireless network construction and development.To collect the spectrum allotment information quickly is one of the key factors to facilitate the policy planning of our country and strategy layout of China Mobile.Based on above,this article summarizes the relative spectrum allotment information worldwide,which aims to make reference for spectrum management and research work.
