采用傅里叶红外技术对不同产地的甘草进行考察,获得植物内在的成分信息,以800-1-1800cm-1范围内的吸收峰为指标,应用聚类方法进行数据分析,最终将甘草分为2个类别,同类别甘草的化学组分相似,聚类分析结果可作为甘草药材质量评价的依据.基于FTIR谱的聚类分析能够在一定程度表征出甘草在不同地理位置和气候条件的多样性分化,能对甘草的合理利用提供依据.
By efficient gas chromatography, the fingerprint on the ingredients in the Resina ferulae leaves of different origin and different types of fertilizer was reasearched. The majority components of gas chromatography fingerprintting could achieve a better separation, a total of 17 common peaks was received. The similarity was better under different fertilizer treatments, but similarity differenced between different origin. This method had good stability, better precision and repeatability, established fingerprint could be used for medicinal material of Resina ferulae and Resina ferulae leaves's identification and quality assessment.
Inverse gas chromatography technology was applied to characterize the surface properties of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber synthesized by using neodymium catalyst.The dispersive components of free energy of two rubbers were 47.18,46.61,46.16,45.99 and 45.60 mJ/m2,47.12,46.25,45.81,45.65 and 44.83 mJ/m2 at 30 ℃,40 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃ and 70 ℃,respectively.The results indicated that the Lewis acidic number ka of the rubbers was 0.35 and basic number kb was 1.8.This meant that the material was weak basic Lewis amphoteric polymer.
