乌克兰危机发生之前,俄罗斯经济增长就开始减缓,到2013年下降趋势进一步加剧,经济增长率只达到1.3％.乌克兰危机发生后,随着欧美开始启动对俄罗斯的经济制裁,国际机构纷纷下调对俄罗斯的经济预期,2014年3月,世界银行表示,如果乌克兰地缘危机加剧,2014年俄罗斯国内生产总值将会萎缩1.8％.在2014年6月石油价格下跌之后,俄罗斯出现通货膨胀、资本外逃、汇率下跌的现象,经济陷入衰退之中.截止到2014年末,俄罗斯通货膨胀率大约在11％～11.5％,资本外逃在前两个季度已经超过740亿美元,后两个季度资本外逃加快,估计全年将近2000亿美元.

Russian economy shows the typical feature of "resource curse".There is a necessary relation among systematic construction,natural resource and economic growth in the process of Russian retracking.On the one hand,rich natural resource weakens the impetus of systematic construction,on the other hand,weakened system hinders the rational utilization of natural resource.The interaction between the two forms the path dependence of lower quality of systematic construction,leading ultimately to Russia's entrapment into "resource curse".
