以青海省西宁市大通县的生态公益林作为研究对象,以评价出的林分健康评价等级为基础,选取典型样地进行结构调控分析,使其由青杨纯林调整为健康等级更高的云杉青杨混交林,进而总结提出适合大通县林地的采伐及补植措施等林分结构调控技术.
In this paper, the seedling quality and benefit of Codonopsis pilosula under high and cold conditions were analyzed by setting different sowing dates.The results showed that the best seedling quality was carried out from June 25 to July 25 in the high and cold area of 2780m.The maximum benefit per hectare was 71,700-72,800 yuan; Summer seedling cultivation was carried out.The best benefit was to harvest seedlings in the next year.This study can provide theoretical reference for the protection and sustainable development and utilization of the resources of Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials in the region in the future.
在祁连山南麓破碎林缘区,优选三处不同立地条件的地块,建立破碎林缘修复示范区,栽植不同规格的青海云杉,调查其成活率、生长量、土壤温度和土壤含水量.结果表明:在破碎林缘栽植适宜的树种可以增加植被盖度;通过整地可以提高树种成活率,但不同整地方式对当年、次年的苗木成活率和苗高生长量影响不显著.采用汇集径流整地,其土壤平均含水量高于穴状整地和水平沟整地,无论采取何种整地方式,整地后的土壤温度均高于不整地时的土壤温度.使用乔灌草复合林层的营造和破碎林缘集水及锁边造林修复技术,可以提高祁连山森林生态系统的水源涵养能力,对改善当地生态环境起着重要的作用.本研究为祁连山南麓破碎林缘的修复提供了一定的理论参考.
本文采用现场考查、文献查阅以及访谈等方法,对大通县北川河源区国家级自然保护地外珍稀濒危野生植物资源进行了调查与分析.共记录了17种珍稀濒危野生植物,分属于13科14属,以龙胆科为主,其中多年生草本占优势.在所调查的植物中,有4种国家Ⅱ级保护植物,13种省级重点保护植物,分别占总数的23.53%和76.47%.通过17种珍稀濒危野生植物的生态因子、生活型、用途的统计,药用植物占总种比69.57%,表明研究区药用植物资源储量较大,经分析发现研究区大部分珍稀濒危野生植物均处于零星分布状态,生存环境面临严重的威胁.本调查结果可为今后该地区珍稀濒危野生植物资源的保护与可持续开发利用提供参考.
The stem anatomical structures for 4 plants in Heimahe prairie are observed and compared based on the routine paraffin section method.The results show that:the basic stem structures of 4 plants are similar,and are constituted by the 3 parts of epidermis, cortex,and vascular cylinder.Their common significant characteristics are having more developed pith and cortex collenchyma. Ratio of Stems'vascular tissue to the basic organization(cortex and pith) is low.The 4 kinds of plants have the typical structure characteristics of being adapted to cold and xerophytic environment.
