目的:系统评价新鲜土豆片外敷在防治化疗性静脉炎中的应用价值.方法:通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)从建库到2017年12月公开发表的应用新鲜土豆片外敷和50％硫酸镁常规湿敷防治化疗性静脉炎的随机对照研究,按纳入标准对文献进行资料提取和质量评价后,选用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入276篇关于化疗性静脉炎防治文献,共涉及临床病例964例.新鲜土豆片组(试验组)486例,50％ 硫酸镁组(对照组)共478例.新鲜土豆片组防治化疗性静脉炎总有效率高于50％ 硫酸镁组(P<0.05).结论:新鲜土豆片外敷能有效防治化疗性静脉炎,治疗效果优于50％ 硫酸镁常规湿敷,在化疗性静脉炎预防与治疗方面具有应用价值.
Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room.Methods:1 000 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given high quality nursing service.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the anxiety score was 38.45;the depression score was 37.49;the nursing satisfaction score was 69.87;the nursing quality score was 85.23;the incidence of nursing error was 10.2%.In the study group,the anxiety score was 29.56;the depression score was 30.23;the nursing satisfaction score was 84.56;the nursing quality score was 90.55;the incidence of nursing error was 5‰ .The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing service in emergency resuscitation room was significant.
Objective To observe the influence of perioperative mental nursing on prognosis in patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer(LSRRC). Methods Sixty patients who would undergo LSRRC were equally randomized to two groups: mental nursing(MN) and routine nursing(RN).The tolerance of pain and degree of satisfaction in nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the routine nursing group,the postoperative pain in patients of mental nursing group was obviously relieved,and their satisfaction in nursing was greatly raised,showing a significant difference between the two groups(χ2=7.86,10.63;P0.05). Conclusion An effective perioperative mental nursing can lighten the postoperative pain in patients,raise their satisfaction in nursing and their postoperative rehabilitation.
