The non-planar surface roughness formed in different processing is studied based on autocorrelation function.The relationships between autocorrelation function,measuring parameter and image texture are discussed.The experimental setup is built.The laser speckle is processed by image processing software.The relation curves of autocorrelation function and surface roughness are obtained.
