黄曲霉毒素是由黄曲霉和寄生曲霉产生的一类最常见的具有高毒性、诱变性和致癌性的霉菌毒素,对畜禽多系统多器官有损伤作用,对肝脏的毒害作用尤甚,导致畜禽免疫力低下、生长缓慢,使畜牧生产造成巨大影响。本文着重总结了黄曲霉毒素对畜禽肝毒的作用机制,同时也总结了抗黄曲霉毒素的方法,为实际畜牧生产提供参考。
水泡性口炎由水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)引起.VSV基因组编码5个结构蛋白,其中基质蛋白(matrix protein,M)是其重要毒力因子,可阻遏宿主细胞mRNA由胞核向细胞质的转运,并抑制感染病毒的细胞产生Ⅰ型干扰素IFNα/β,使病毒得以快速繁殖.本实验克隆了印第安那型VSV的M基因,在大肠杆菌表达系统中表达制备重组M蛋白,以M蛋白为抗原建立了检测特异M蛋白抗体的间接ELISA方法.采用建立的ELISA方法分析了VSV感染小鼠体内M蛋白抗体的变化规律.
采用ELISA试验对上海市及部分外省市24个猪场的365份猪血清样品进行了猪流感病毒H1、H3亚型抗体的检测.结果:在被调查的24个猪场中,H1N1猪流感型抗体阳性率为30.96%,H3N2猪流感抗体阳性率为14.79%;在育肥猪和种猪的检测中,H1N1猪流感型抗体阳性率为36.6%,H3N2猪流感抗体阳性率为17.6%.表明在所调查的猪场中,猪流感病毒的感染较为普遍,大部分猪场都曾被H1、H3亚型感染,其中育肥猪和种猪的感染占主要地位.
Up to now,pig husbandry is still seriously threatened by porcine epidemic diarrhea in China.With nucleic acid technologies,porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) was identified as the pathogen which caused serious epidemic diarrhea in piglets in Shanghai during spring of 2012.Structural protein genes including S,N and M of the isolate were amplified and cloned.The phylogenetic relationships among the Shanghai isolate and other reference strains were analyzed based on S1 gene which is the main protective protein gene of PEDV.It indicated that the Shanghai isolate shared great similarities with most other isolates reported in China from 2010.However there still existed heterogeneities with isolates from classic strains including CV777 prevalent strains in Japan,South Korea and some areas of China presently.As the result,effective PEDV vaccine is needed for preventing endemic disease of PEDV in piglets.
