利用协整理论,对我国1989-2005年的公共财政科技投资与社会科技投资之间的关系进行了协整分析,结果表明,我国公共财政科技投资与社会科技投资之间存在长期的均衡关系;在此基础上建立了两个变量的误差修正模型(ECM),并进行了Granger因果关系检验,最后得出公共财政科技投资对社会科技投资具有带动效应。

This paper analyzes the control rights structure and growth ability of enterprise by canonical correlation analysis method on the basis of 30 listed companies, of which shareholders include venture capital companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market in 2006. It shows that there is a significant correlation between the control rights structure and the growth ability of venture enterprises, and the proportion of venture capital companies in the board of directors and the venture capital companies having the control rights are the main factors, which influence the growth of the venture enterprises.
