作为飞机钣金件主要成形方法之一的橡皮囊液压成形,具有效率高、成形后零件表面质量好等优点.随着飞机制造业的发展,橡皮囊液压成形在飞机钣金件成形中所占的比重也越来越大.随着CAD技术的发展,基于数字化设计和数字化制造技术的支持,航空企业已广泛应用CAD/CAE等先进技术来实现橡皮囊成形模具的结构设计与优化[1],从模具三维造型设计到模具的数控生产,数字化技术提高了模具的设计与生产精度,缩短模具设计周期,提高企业生产效率,使我国航空企业步入高效生产、精益生产的时代.由于航空钣金件数量大、类型多、模具结构形式多变,橡皮囊液压成形模具在很大程度上仍然依赖设计人员的经验,模具的快速设计已成为模具设计中的瓶颈.
Many forming defects exist in rubber fluid forming,such as rupture、wrinkling and springback.The springback defect directly affects the size precision of the sheet metal.Rubber forming experiments and finite element simulations had been carried on for the straight flanging sheet metal with joggle and the shrink flanging sheet metal with joggle.The results show that for both kinds of flanging parts,springback decrease with the increase of pressure,springback at bending orientation 90° are more than that at bending orientation 0° and the bending formability is related to the rolling direction.The comparison between the experimental and the simulation results shows that the springback value of the simulation results are a little lesser thanthat of the experimental results.
The standard-parts digital model library plays an important role in airplane tooling digital design.It is the key point of high efficiency design building a standard-parts library to adapt tooling rapid design.Two methods in use to build standard-parts library are analyzed.An optimized approach to build standard-part library to adapt rapid design is put forward based the position allocation of standard-parts in tooling and sketch of standard-parts.Basing on characteristics of local database and remote database,the plan to build standard-parts library is given.The standard-parts library built by us is applied in the system of rubber forming die rapid design.The result shows that design cycle and design efficiency are raised great.
Rubber fluid forming is a very important manufacture method in aircraft fabrication.Springback is the main defect in Rubber fluid forming,which directly impacts on the product quality.This paper discusses the mechanism of springback generated,and simulates the forming and springback process of shrink flanging in rubber fluid forming with the professional sheet metal forming simulation software PAM-STAMP2G.Simulation results show that Uneven distribution of stress led to uneven distribution of springback angle,the value of stress is correspond to the value of springback angle.
